Policy Overview
At Khatu Shyam Institute of Management & Technology (KSIMT®), we strive to maintain transparency in all our distance education, online learning, and correspondence-based courses for students across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling an enrollment before or after payment.
Cancellation Before Payment
Students who have submitted an online application but have not yet paid any fees can cancel the enrollment request by notifying us via email or WhatsApp.No cancellation fee is applicable in this case.
Cancellation After Payment
If a student wishes to cancel after making payment, the following conditions apply:
1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment
Students may cancel their admission within 24 hours of fee payment by submitting a written cancellation request to khatushyaminst@ksimt.ac.in.In such cases, a cancellation processing fee of ?1,000 or USD 20 may be deducted from the paid amount.
The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded within 7–14 working days.
No cancellation or refund will be processed once 24 hours have passed after payment, as student registration, academic processing, and e-materials are initiated immediately.
Students are advised to read all program details carefully before completing the admission process.
Non-Cancellable Scenarios
KSIMT reserves the right not to accept cancellation under the following situations:
When course access (eBooks, LMS, student login, etc.) has already been granted.When the student has received official documents like enrollment letters or exam guidelines.
When the student name has been registered in the internal government-compliant database.
For international students from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, or Dubai, whose attestation process or documentation has already begun.
Procedure to Cancel
To initiate cancellation, the student must:

If eligible, KSIMT will acknowledge the request and proceed with the formalities.
Important Notes
